Fees and Rebates

Schedule of Fees:

$195 for 50-minute sessions

$214.5 for afterhours appointments (430pm onwards)

$195 +GST for third party payers (i.e. Department of Child Safety/Organisations)

$195 +GST for Supervision in business hours

The Australian Association of Social Workers have a schedule of recommended fees, Take Space chooses a lower price to make counselling more affordable for families https://www.aasw.asn.au/document/item/8385. 

 

Rebates and Referrals

Take Space happily accepts private clients, and no referral is necessary.

​

Medicare rebates are available under a Mental Health Care Plan. These plans are accessed through your GP. This will allow for up to10 rebated sessions per calendar year.

 

Take Space is able to provide care for NDIS participants using self-managed or plan managed funding.

Private Health rebates are available through some providers, please check with your own provider to see if you are covered.
