Professional Supervision

I am highly experienced and dedicated professional who offers supervision services to social workers, counselors, psychologists and other professionals in Caboolture and via telehealth. With a comprehensive approach that integrates strengths-based, narrative, and collaborative frameworks, I believe in the inherent knowledge and wisdom of the supervisees themselves.

Through their supervision practice, Nikki emphasizes the importance of recognizing and valuing the supervisee’s own expertise, knowledge, and experiences. Nikki fosters a collaborative environment where supervisees are encouraged to engage in critical reflection, drawing upon their own insights to find solutions and answers to the challenges they encounter in their work.

Nikki also integrates narrative framework supporting the supervisee to uncover their values, beliefs and motivations, which in turn shape their professional practice. This process enables supervisees to develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their work, leading to enhanced self-awareness and effectiveness in their roles.

Whether in-person in Caboolture or using telehealth, supervision services are accessible and flexible, accommodating the needs of supervisees regardless of their location. Supervision may be paid for by the individual or through their workplace if this is provided through their employer.

Supervision costs are $214.50 (GST inclusive).
